Gentle Stretching Class

Perfect antidote to sitting for too long

If it’s morning and you’re about to sit at your desk for a long stretch, or if you’ve been sedentary for a while, this is a great 20 minutes to follow along with to feel looser in the joints, gently stretched in the muscles, and more relaxed in the mind.
