Zhang Zhuang Tai Chi & Qigong Standing Meditation

A follow along lesson for all levels.

Several mornings per week I teach a 30 minute lesson on Skype to several of my local students.

This is an easy follow along lesson where we do a gentle warm up, followed by several different standing meditations.

Regardless of whether you practice qigong or tai chi, this would be a good lesson to follow if you would like to work on posture, balance, relaxation, body awareness, mindfulness.
